Small but nice, that is our Mill Restaurant with 50 seats. Romantic, rustic – over 450 years old have left a mark. We serve traditional, regional and freshly prepared fine food and regional specialities.

Enjoy a fantastic breakfast or grab a snack during the day or enjoy a candle light dinner in the evening.
As a member of the Slow Food organization we are committed to high ethical standards.
We integrate herbs from our Mill garden or wild herbs into our menu, which makes it special.

Our Mill Vogelsang is the ultimate venue for celebrating in a unique atmosphere. We will be there every step of the way to help taking the stress out of organizing any festiveness or any other family event and will be delighted to arrange every aspect and much, much more.

We love what we do!

We only use fresh and local products and prepare them with care. Quality is our highest priority. We attach great importance to adequate animal housing and accurate market gardening.

Seasonal and reinterpreted german cuisine, as well as predominant regional products are the base for the culinary direction of the restaurant. We integrate herbs from our Mill garden or wild herbs into our menu, which makes it special.
